We are looking for two Transformation Officers to join our new Transformation Team.

The post holder will report to the Lead Transformation Officer and help to drive our transformation agenda by leveraging cutting-edge technology, design thinking, and lean principles and paving the way for a more efficient, agile, and digitally enabled organisation.

One of your key roles will be in driving process mapping and optimisation and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Your knowledge in analysing business workflows, identifying business opportunities to transform by using the right technology including automation, and documenting ways of working, will be instrumental in transforming and modernising the council.
